Why do I get different prices from different agents? That is a very fair question. Pricing can be subjective to a point. But agents who have a real understanding of what is going on in the local real estate market should come within a close range of each other in price. Pricing is not an exact science, even for an appraiser.
What type of marketing do you do? Marketing is key to getting your home sold, the most important thing after pricing your home correctly. I will work with you to devise a marketing plan tailored to suit your needs and your home. I rely heavily on internet marketing and will show you what we do for my clients when I do our listing presentation for you.
