Listing your home with me: We will go over my specialized marketing strategy in great detail. I will also provide you with solid ideas on how best to present your home to sell. I will set you up with an account that will show you your competition on a daily basis, and we will review those numbers on a regular basis. I will not be telling you what I think you want to hear, but rather the truth about your home in today's market.

Buying your home with me: We will start with a comprehensive interview about what it is that you are looking for. Then I will refer you to mortgage people so that when we do start the search you will be qualified to put the offer in. I will explain the process to you, and make sure that you are getting up to date market information as well. I will be there for you from start to finish, and even after!
